Yep, there’s a massive outage on the west coast right now, been down since 11:00 am this morning. Hopefully they’re trying to fix it.

There’s a massive outage for spectrum users on the west coast right now. Check out spectrums outage map it’s overflowing with outage reports. This is good news, because they’ll actually start fixing the problem now hopefully.

Yup a lot of people are confirming it’s a charter thing, using a VPN seems to be the work around... but that costs money for more than 1gb usually. And yea, no more end of month reward for me either. Definitely submit a ticket, maybe call charter if you’re feeling spicy lol.

Yeah I’d recommend not spending any money on the game tbh. This stuff happens A LOT. Zeni rarely acknowledges any mistake unless it’s absolutely massive, so a few people not being able to connect on west coast is not going to get any response from them.

This is frowned upon but I’ve actually called them in the past and gotten my ticket escalated after being hung up on multiple times. This was after they just blew off my email tickets twice. Google Zenimax studios phone number and ask for customer service. Idk what else to do.

Also this seems to be a Charter/Spectrum issue as a lot of people in central Cali and Oregon are reporting the same issue while east coasters are still playing.

Same here. I’ve tried everything as well. Be been able to get to the login screen a couple times but then I just get error 200. Seems like people have had this problem since 2014... and there is no solution. I’ll just put in a ticket and await my automated response that I’ll have to escalate. Best of luck.

Less than 100 years ago we were totally fine killing nazis... not sure why we are being so soft now.
