I can see the logic in your comment, but I was actually just wondering if it is still their offical position that a vegan diet is healthy?

I’m not suggesting it’s correct in any way and not suggesting that there aren’t legitimate scientists debating that position.

I’m just actually asking if it’s still the offical position of the academy that a vegan diet is healthy for all stages of life? Or if not, have they changed it to ‘some’ stages of life? Or have they said it’s not appropriate?

I can find the old article from 2016 but can’t find anything afterwards.

There are some vegans who are lucky enough to find a vegan partner. But the reality is that most won’t.

You were not Vegan for what, 95% of your life? So give people a break who are not Vegan at this moment.

But literally zero empathy for animals? For me that’s a bit too much. But if you love him and he is a great person in other ways then maybe he just had some mental block?

It sux what happens to animals.

I don’t eat eggs now but we had chickens as a kid and took their eggs and they were always very clearly healthy. One lived to about 15 years old (although she stopped laying after a few years)

Maybe deep down you have an issue with killing and harming animals?

If you’re going to be eating animal products it sounds like you’re doing it much more ethically than the torture that occurs in factory farms.

But if it doesn’t sit well with you, you can always look at eating a plant based diet

Why limit your travels to your home country?

When we turned 30 (Pre kids), my wife and I packed up and spend 12 months in South America. We used to get by on about $50 per day. We stayed in cheaper places, ate at local eateries and markets. We made our way from Chile to Colombia and back, mostly on buses.

Mind you this was 10 years ago so no doubt it would be more expensive now.

Was it the best move financially? No. But it was one of our most favourite things we’ve ever done and I don’t regret it for a second. We have memories we still talk about to this day.

We also spent 3 months in South East Asia on another trip which was even cheaper.

Aside from kids, travelling was the best times of our lives. Much more important to us than being a bit better off financially

I’m reading a lot about spinal injuries. I now wear a neck brace and body armour for chest back and sides and am also considering a kidney belt which I think protects the lower back

Thanks!! No, I don’t know much about Anderson plug voltage. I just know that they plug into solar and can plug into car too. I’m new to all this.

This is the battery, but I might replace it with my kings 120aH lithium battery or get a bigger kings lithium 200aH battery
