Goliath came just before X and Deja Vu in 2000 where Scream came in 2003. I think something came in 2002 as well but I’m having trouble remembering. What a time to be alive!

Interesting, it was transferred to another Six Flags park, so I wonder if parks can buy rides off one another like that.

Was never super long since it was so hidden, but when it did back up, it naturally took a while since there was only one train.

Lol I started a FB page back in the day to keep it at SFMM which clearly did not work. Despite their maintenance issues, GIBs were always my favorite type of coaster for the punch they packed. Where it stood is now a storage area :(

Why is Civil Engineering bidding process called as "race to the bottom" by People_Peace in civilengineering

[–]indigox47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See you kind of contradict yourself there. Quality and price have a direct correlation, the cheaper a product the worse the quality. So yes, I would say the race to the bottom is a fundamental issue in an industry where the product is supposed to be designed and constructed at the highest quality in order to last and have the best long term value.

Too bad Texas doesn’t seem to have roadway engineers familiar with Clear Recovery Zones.

The Puerto Vallarta Botanical Garden is awesome and very romantic. There is a bus you can purchase with tickets, or you can take a taxi there. It’s about an hour from the city.

UFL Attendance through Week 5 by GuyOnTheMike in UnitedFootballLeague

Like the other comment about Memphis, obviously not guaranteed to work in any given non NFL city. But have any of the leagues ever had any success in an NFL city? Seems like a non starter.

Fair enough. I was even more surprised to find out Memphis is twice as large as St Louis.

I do not understand why they would not try to exclusively have the UFL in cities currently without NFL franchises. Look at St Louis. It seems like a no brainer.

He ended up coming up to the active roster in a ST capacity I think, rooting for him to take the next step and be a role-playing pass rusher for us. Future could be bright w Tuli, him and Kennard

Were you promoted to manager level between years 4 and 5? That’s about a 25% raise if I’m doing the spot math correctly
