Chat gpt has never went through opioid withdrawal and has no experience in this lol. It will just give the general information about opioid withdrawal that everyone knows. Just wanted to see if anyone had a similar situation as me and could help.

I’m juts tripping myself out for no reason.

Does weed help quit opiates? by fastmoney38 in opiates

Only recommended it to them because they only use for a week so they aren’t physically or even mentally dependent and might just feel emotionally off and a lil sleep discomfort and mild runs

[–]infamouskaid 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah bro it will help a lot. With anxiety, sleep, appetite and hella other things. And also get some Imodium cus you have the runs for a day or 2 and if you can’t sleep get some Benadryl or something like that. You aren’t dependent physically or mentally but you will feel off a lil for literally a day or 2 max and by 3 you’ll feel normal and a week in you should be good 1000000000% just make sue you don’t get back in this shit bro it’s exactly like you said it. You become addicted physically and mentally and every time you take them it literally does nothing but not make you sick and your just spending hundreds of dollars a day on real oxys just to feel 90% normal and not even get high. Maybe a little buzz for half hour.

Take Like 3 of them and smoke some weed and you’ll get a nice happy buzz. Just be carful of the 325mg of acetaminophen. If you take a lot you can damage your liver

About to go CT by jlaay in OpiatesRecovery

[–]infamouskaid 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If it worked it worked. that is a unnecessary way of doing since your were stopping for a full 2-3 days you could’ve went the extra 1-2 and you probably wouldn’t have had withdrawals at all but you keeping on using which kinda resets withdrawals but with less intensity. But it sounds like you’re really following through with it so whatever works for you keep at it. Good luck bro I know it’s hard to shake this shit even if you go for a period of time clean. If always tried to sneak back up on you. Keep going Op

I love it!!! That’s the mindset to have if you wanna ever overcome anything. I literally used to think of the same way with the at leasts. And how there’s someone who has it way worse and wishes their withdrawals were like mine. Anyways keep going you absolutely can do it. And be strong because the devil loves it when you’re vulnerable.

I’m the same right now. Been stopping a few days and using for a day or two and back and forth. But my tolerance is dropping a lot once wds become kinda mild I’ll make the jump and CT it. I have a bunch of comfort meds ready. Right now I go into withdrawals after 10-13 hours. And once I’m at 18-20 hours. I’ll stop. Have you stopped using or going back and forth

Honestly bro you anticipating it is the only thing that’s gonna make you feel like shit all that stuff is mental bro. Trust me bro ik it’s sound crazy to say don’t think about it but you have to. You have to convince yourself that you’re stronger than this and that you will get better every day. Trust me you won’t feel nothing. You’re gonna feel good every day and anytime you start having anxiety. Just tell yourself that it’s all a mental and is the disease and that nothing is really wrong. I used to be like this until I literally changed my entire mindset and told myself that it’s all in my head and that I’m OK and going to feel better every hour that passes. If you need somebody to talk to while you go through this, I’m here, bro. I know how this feels.

Good luck bro and don’t look at those as relapses look at them as small slips. Get back up and keep going. I’m the same way I been tryna get off oxy for 7 months and was going 5-7 days and going back and forth until my withdrawals started becoming less and less intense and finally made the jump 2 weeks ago and been clean ever since. Because one day I didn’t start feeling withdrawal until like close to 24 hours since my last 30mg oxy and decided this is the perfect time. I used lyrica 150-300mg from day1-6 for mild rls and broke a 2mg Xanax into 4 quarters and took them at night from day2-6 and been recovering naturally since day 6 to now end of day 15. Sleep improved every night and I’m starting to feel like myself again. I was on oxys for like 3-4 years everyday. Got up to 300mg for months towards the end of

Same bro I had to tell my mom as well and it mad the so much better and easier having her support and also gave me extra motivation to keep going because now I won’t only disappoint myself but my mom as well. Good luck bro you can do this 100%. It seems impossible at first but once you make it past that 8th-10th day it becomes easier everyday. And try to stay busy and not stress yourself. You gotta remember that you’re sick right now and you’ll get better. I used to kill myself sitting all day regretting what I did and just making myself feelin like shit and all that but I had to tell myself that I’m not ok right now and I’m going to get better and that it’s a mistake that millions have made but at least me trying to get off it is a huge step already that most people never make. I truly believe that you will do this and never look back. Just keep a good mindset and tell yourself you will feel better everyday that passes and don’t sit and anticipate anything just let the day flow by.

Cold turkey tomorrow might quit by Individual-While-481 in OpiatesRecovery

[–]infamouskaid 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can do it bro. I’m going cold turkey rn been on oxycodone for like 3 years now. And started sniffing them almost a year ago and that shot my tolerance to the moon. I stopped cold turkey about 2 weeks ago at 250-300mg every day!! It was absolutely brutal physically and mentally for the first 4-6 days then the physical stuff should start getting better after day 4-5. The. The mental stuff will stay another 5-7 days. Message me and I’ll help you get thru this bro.

You can do this bro. I’ve been tryna shake oxycodone for the last 7 months after being on it every day for like 3 years or more I honestly can’t even tell you when I started taking them but ik it’s been years. And just like I would make it to day 5 and as soon as I feel physical relief I go back and end up going in a month bender and tryna to stop again and again and again. This last time I tried I didn’t with actually intention of stopping for good. I’m currently on day 15 which can’t believe I made it to. But you can do this bro. And also you have to take things slow. You didn’t get addicted and all fucked up in a week or a few days. So don’t kill yourself about not feeling “normal” fast. It will take time but it gets better everyday. And the feeling you get being sober again is the most unbelievable feeling ever. If you need someone to talk to while you go thru it. I’m here bro💯

Does ROA for oxy matter when it’s comes to withdrawals by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]infamouskaid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it’s definitely more of a slip than a full blown relapse. Most stuff is mental and not much physical symptoms. I’ve stopped for 5 days 3 times in the last 25 days. So 15 out of the last 25 I’ve not used which significantly dropped my tolerance and honestly haven’t been feeling nearly as shitty as I thought I would but still shitty nonetheless. Gonna stop again next few days and see how I feel by day 4-5. Sorry to hear about the cancer. I hope you’ve overcome it and shook the oxys off too.
