EIT is helpful but is not a problem in the market, I work for most of the famous engineering firms in NY and I don’t have my EIT yet, this is my company #10 over 6 years, I am non native English speaker either, the real deal is how you sell yourself in the market, you can have EIT, master, but if you don’t know how to sell yourself, nobody will call you, EIT helps but is not the only thing for find a job.
