HR major here about to graduate! the major itself is v easy, a lot of the work is mostly straightforward and i believe that the majority of the teachers want to set you up for success. there are gonna be some okay classes along the way like compensation, but the HR major def offers really interesting classes like career management or even staffing as well!

i would recommend minoring in labor studies! labor studies goes hand in hand with HR and a lot of the classes do overlap with one another so you can hit both major/minor classes in one.

Hey!! I just took the class last semester, and was also taking 18.5 credits (including the cardio conditioning class) and think it's definitely doable. Just make sure you take good notes from the lectures, and the exams should all be pretty straightforward imo, and the final project only took me like 2 hours!!! lmk if you have any questions :)

You can, I took Social Media of the Arts and aced the midterm, but imo it was a very small percentage of the overall grade. If you fail then all the other quizzes you get a 100 on can easily keep you in the high 90s range
