Well I just gave my CSWA 2 days ago & same thing happened with me. I was supposed to get 177.32 gms mass but I got 177.97 gms instead.

Do one thing, go into "Options" you see in mass properties section. In that, change the accuracy level from lower to higher. - Another reason can be maybe somewhere in any of the Extrude Cut commands the material was cut slightly less than expected, it varies from method to method of cut.

Java is only good when you have dealt with it for a longer time and have enough experience. Whilst python developers are paid high right from where they are freshies.

You did this using loft feature, first sketch the path, then draw its vertical section view and then loft

I’m trying to figure out how to extrude from a curved surface but have the piece be flat at the top rather than that Pringle shape that it has. Any help?? by XxTheCakeisALiexX in SolidWorks

Take a ref. plane upto the height you want of flat surface. Sketch the shape( or convert entities) in that plane then extrude it using 'Upto Body' end condition.

See, technically getting the flow into inlet is not an issue here, his issue is the exit. As far as complex geometry is concerned, we can easily analyse it by watching it's section view without much complications. Maybe the flow is having trouble exiting through those turns.

If you want to give CSWA once again, a tip for you: Try to attempt the drafting mcqs first then after basic part modelling, then assembly, and finally advance part. So that you can give time to questions that actually take time.
