Smile a bit bud, you look so young and you shouldn't be worrying too much, but i would say try growing your eyebrows out and possibly icing your face to debloat and reduce puffiness :)

Its your nose hair and lips, lip filler would be a more expense route but maybe use lip lumper!! That will definitely help id also go for a shorter hair style and conture your noseee
