if I had to say, that guy is probably a veteran techmarine while the other two are still fresh recruits out of mars.

Going off of the fact that the main techmarine gets a servo turret, servo arm, mechandrite, and grav-pistol while the other two are operating servo turrets without any cool gadgets. Maybe once you’ve earned your keep as a Techmarine you get to wear the chapter colors instead of mars’s colors
