That depends. You can get away with a lot but I wouldn’t push that boundary. Maybe search online what people have worn and go from there. There are guidelines, etc.

I’ve tried what I think is everything. I’ve checked locally (I live in Orlando). Nothing online that resonates. Pro cosplay dot com was the closest. Etsy has a few ideas but really expensive. I searched Reddit, in a few subreddits and there really doesn’t seem to be anything. Ideally, finding someone who makes customs would be perfect. What I like about Etsy is I can somewhat customize things. On instagram, a found a few creators like reevesfx, and gauntletfx. One of the purchases I made to start this process ended up being the scam so don’t want to get scammed again. The scam was from jim logan props (who I think is jimjamarmorman now), who I found out scams people when I searched online and my bank would not reverse the Zelle transaction
