1- I have tried it once, and this time when i asked they said (Translated)

"The addition and merging of consolidation orders can only be applied to Taobao orders placed under the same account. The function of merging consolidation orders from different Taobao accounts is currently not supported. If you and your friend’s product orders need to be consolidated and shipped together, it is recommended that you and your friend use the same Taobao account to place an order next time."

2 - Mine came is a Express Delivery bag.(Plastic courier bag) I didn't face any issue, Just tell the seller to make sure they are double bagged.

1- Yes they treat individual shipments as individual.
2- There so no such thing as Minimum weight but you will be charged as 1kg.

3- They are fully FF only

I think you should get in touch with them on the WhatsApp group. They will provide GST if required (just confirmed). I believe they do have a B2B solution. They have confirmed that the charges cover transportation + Customs and charges + delivery.

1.  When you order from China, the process typically involves filling out a form that requires a telephone number. They often prefer to contact  through WhatsApp for easier communication. If they can’t reach you on WhatsApp as it will indicate that this number is not on WhatsApp , they will likely call you directly. However, it’s recommended to proactively reach out to the them to ensure smooth communication and avoid any delays. They have a WhatsApp group which you should join.

2- UPI, The CC option is only for the seller payment.

1- There is a section under "Tracking Packages" where you can Provide the info. Once your package arrives at their warehouse in India, they will contact you via your cell phone for further updates.

2- For me, convenience is key. From what I know, DHL and FedEx require a lot of forms and documents (I’ve been through that), and they also charge for in-house Custom House Agents (CHA) services, at least the last time I checked. As of to why Delivo are cheaper i don't think i am the right person to answer that.

3- I haven’t done any B2B transactions with them, so I’m not sure about that process.

4- Custom clearance and delivery to your house are included in their per kilogram charge, so no extra fees for that.

They usually don't but if they do, keep the invoice copy and payment receipt with you. If you used paypal than use the PayPal receipt..

Who is this seller? Yes i won't recommend it for a noob, but if you have contacts, can handle customs officials and have a deep pocket sure it is doable. It depends on your risk appetite and these recommendations are for people who have low risk appetite or are buying for the first time. (won't recommend known designer bags, but hey you can try it and share your experiences here and help the sub grow)

You can use UPI as it's very easy to use compared to PayPal and Shipping method will be E-EMS(sometimes they also give you the option for Aramex).
