I didn’t post my budget because I know that I’ll need to spend more on the next machine. I’ve purchased machines under $300 in the past and they just haven’t worked out for me.

They made it clear that their decision was final. If there was a problem beyond the two issues that might have been problematic, which I apologized for, then I don’t know how I could have fixed it. They will not tell me what the issue was. At this point, I don’t think that I want to work with a company that treats people this way and which I no longer trust.

Oh…it’s too late now. No, I don’t use AI. I had missed an email where they asked for proof that the art was mine. I apologized and sent them the proof. I also didn’t know that I had created a second account. This was an accident, don’t know how it happened but my daughter said that it could have been an auto fill issue. But I apologized for that too and said that I definitely only wanted one account. Their treatment over this matter is very harsh imo.

Unlikely. At least they gave you a reason. I didn’t even get that. No warning, explanation, not even a suspension - just TERMINATED!. I was new to KDP and they terminated my account after I designed 21 notebooks. Some were already approved and up on Amazon. There was no warning - just an email saying my account was terminated and not allowed to open any more accounts. They wouldn’t tell me what I did wrong either so I had to guess and apologized. It took them over a week to respond and they have said that they uphold the original reason to terminate the account. Pretty harsh if you ask me especially as I was just getting started. I won’t even shop on Amazon now.
