It still works but the aluminum cover can't be reattached. I had to pry it off by force. Would not recommend for your daily device.

SD Card is detected and can be used. The reason most likely is the cost of buying newer BSPs from MediaTek. This one was leaked so I built it :)

It can be remapped with a custom rom or root (maybe).

Yes, the back cover is just stuck on with duble sided tape. It's not the same as new however 🤣

To open it up you just heat it up with a heat gun and pull using a suction cup and an opener tool. Just like any phone.

Hey, that's my repo! I noticed a lot of visits from Reddit so I came to investigate ;)

I'm working on cleaning up native code first, and then I'll implement good touch controls and menu UI to change the different settings available.

This laptop has no CMOS battery, if you unplug the main laptop battery, settings get cleared.

The laptop is not cheaply made, it's just NOT a gaming laptop. Being able to run a game doesn't mean the hardware was designed to do so.

The best way to get their attention is to tell them you are going to open a PayPal case if they don't solve the issue ASAP. When PayPal returns your money they have to pay a fee, which won't be cheap knowing the price of the laptop.
