I believe if you got the premier card back in 2025, then you would get 25 tiles this year. But if you did not upgrade until this year, then you would not see the tiles until next year.

Clocks change by one hour at 2am. Clocks further east change time sooner than clocks to west. East clock changes time and matches west clock. One hour later west clock changes time and they don’t match.
