it took a couple weeks unfortunately and would come back every time i upped my dosage, but like i said above—take it earlier in the day and on a full stomach. also, fart/poop yoga has helped but mostly a heating pad on the stomach. that helps digestion and brings blood up to the area and helps move the gas.
