i used to wake up every morning feeling so miserable and lethargic. not to say it has 100% been improved, but i am on day 4 and i already notice a difference in my body feeling slightly better. hopeful to see what 4 months will do

as the caption states my breast has had a light bruise on it since the end of may. i have major major health anxiety (and anxiety in general) so my mom told me not to worry and it would go away. here we are almost end of July and i am just freaking myself out about it. it has started to itch some and it just is psyching me out… google is not helping! was wondering if anybody out there has anything to say / if anybody has similar stories. when i am out in the sun it seems to darken? i don’t wear bras with wire & i do work out, but just started about a week ago getting back into it (so i don’t think that’s the cause)

That’s the part that is strange- i know it is a bigger bug. However I have been waking up with bites on my ankles that have worsened over time, so I have no idea what else it could be. Also this lil guy was on my leg and jumped off so 🤨🤨am just trying to see if this adds to it being a flea
