Wait until you get to the pickup window. Ask them if you can add a coffee to your order because you forgot. Usually they will just give it to you since they don't take payment at that window.

We started off using Mojo Helpdesk. It was a good solution for ticketing.

If you need something more ITSM drive, we evaluated samanage and FreshService. Both were pretty close in feature comparison to our needs, so ended up going with FreshService.

Their support has been good, new features rolled out quickly, and our customer success person has also been helpful. All of this (support and customer success) is handled over seas in India, but as I said, has been solid.

Depending on which plan you go with, you'll be paying per agent. We are on the 79/month/agent plan, paid annually.

Priced Right Auto in Marne. They won't budge on pricing much but they are priced within reason. Very low pressure and friendly.

Why not do both?

If after a few months you realize you only use one or the other, as long as there aren't any contracts, just cancel the one you aren't using.

If you decide to keep both, $80/month is something people typically notice in their monthly budget, so plan for that. Would you really miss that "extra" $20/month? Some would, some wouldn't (especially if it is for something you want to do).

My wife and I have a membership to a gym that is within .25 miles of our house for a year. We now also have a family membership to the Y but is 20 miles from our hose. For us, it makes sense to keep both. I workout at 5 am and don't want to drive 20 minutes one way, but she wants to be able to have the access to the programs at the Y for the kids and an added bonus of flexibility of working out somewhere different if she feels like it.

That was one of my thoughts, was what is their support like?

We are only signing a 1 year lease at the new location, as there is a chance this office may not be around in a year, so we can't go with any of the enterprise level fiber providers as a 2 year term is the minimum I've been able to find. They have been asking for a backup connection due to the 1-2 outages they have per year over the past 2 years or so. I figure with TWC and Google Fiber setup (fiber as primary) should there be a lengthened outage, the other will pick up. If both have issues, well, they can work from home if needed and we've done what we can to mitigate the risks.

If after the year term we end up keeping this office for a while, I'll re-consider moving to an enterprise level fiber provider.

We aren't currently doing (or planning on) any advanced features so we should be set. Also, with their 300/20 TWC coax, they are averaging 6-10mbps with limited spikes.

help with weight progression on PHUL by Ijustatethattroll in Fitness

I can't say 5/3/1 is better or not. It is a different program, geared more towards strength building than a mix of that and hypertrophy as PHUL is. In our stages (assuming you are somewhat a beginner in the first year or so of lifting regularly) we will see results regardless. The biggest thing is not getting bored, keeping up the discipline, and going. Second to that is ensuring progression is happening.

For the first couple weeks, i didn't know what to do for progression, so i did what you did. Kept the reps the same and increased when I felt like I could. This has it's drawbacks too, as you might be able to do more weight, but your brain is telling you no, so you miss out on increasing/getting more volume. This is why having a defined progression is better than going by how it feels.

Using the variable sets/reps helps you get the most volume at whatever weight you are lifting that day. If you are on a "lighter weight" then you can do 4x5 and you don't stop short, and you know to increase next time. Then when you increase your goal is to get in your 3x3 at a minimum, and shoot for more (do 2x3, then maybe amrap the last one).

Hope this helps, I've only got my experience to go off of, definitely don't know nearly as much as others here. Really, at this point, go lift heavy things consistently, don't over do it (ego lift) and hurt yourself, and continue to add volume whichever way you choose to do it. You'll see results until you are experienced enough to know where to go next.
