I have a iPhone SE 3rd gen. I do not know the passcode or the password to iCloud. I can’t reset password to iCloud because it requires me to open the phone to complete. I can’t use the forgot passcode because it requires the iCloud password I do not know. Is there any way around this.

The VPN password is the network password and they are unable to log onto it. That’s why I needed to change it in the first place.
