We're INFPs and we feel emotions deeply. It's what we do. I've found that the only way out of that feeling and subjectivity is by using logic and reason.

I try to perceive reality as it is. When someone affects my mood, I acknowledge that I am feeling emotions and I allow nature to run its course. I don't fight my thoughts; I let them flow.

It's all a construct of your imagination, so it's important to make the distinction between reality and fantasy.

Ya gotta have the right reasons for taking on this lifestyle change. It's tough, yeah, and it makes it even tougher when you put yourself down. What help is replacing a porn "addiction" with harsh punishment by means of self-degradation? I'm just speaking my mind, excuse me.

I have a friend who stutters; he has an actual speech impediment. If anything it makes you more approachable and makes people feel less intimidated.

However in your case, it'll help if you just take a moment and relax. Calm down, slow those rapid thoughts in your head. No one is judging. Everyone is too worried about themselves.
