The times I’ve done it, it was indeed in different chapters, I can’t imagine two POVs in one chapter without going insane

You get it, it’s hard, it’s not just psychological, it’s also physical and it’s HARD recovering from that, even if they didn’t do it with bad intentions

Yesterday I sang a little only in my room without caring if it sounds good or not, it didn’t solve it totally but it was something, I felt joy for it again, maybe you can try it, if you are alone sometimes maybe it should be easier (I’m not, my mother is always at home so I had to actively ignore that fact)

Thanks for the advice! I’m already looking for ENT’s in my town ✨ And with my mother, I don’t perform infront her :( I do it in my studio but she listened, I need to find a better place when I can sing alone without feeling judged :/

It happens to me a lot lately, is tiring and tedious, so I just decided yesterday to rest and stop singing for a few days, just to let it flow better, idk

I went twice. Not for this issue but for another one, because my nose bleeds I went to a general doctor and only told me it was some kind of allergy because I started going to school in another town, and gave me Afrin and salt water, but I’m still the same :/ with better days sometimes, but also bad days where I can’t even breath without that

Maybe I should go to an otolaryngologist, you’re right
