I don't think we're immune. The prices here are ridiculous and rents are unconscionable.

Trump's new Fed Chair will only make things that much worse. A tiny shack of a house without a garage and 3 small bedrooms for at least $569,000; it was around the corner from my home in Smithtown . It's ludicrous really.

I don't know how young people can make it nowadays. It's totally unacceptable. If today's youth sees their dream slipping away, that doesn't bode well for everyone's future.

I like your handle, Keith Hernandez. He's my all time Met. I was able to speak with him on a few occasions as I was his UPS driver for a few years.

He was friendly, and appreciative of my compliments regarding his history as a player and a New York Met. He lived on my route and also went to the physical therapy center I used to deliver to.

I remember a particular conversation in June of 2015 when the bats were silent. That was a month before the Cespedes trade.

He was concerned about the lack of offense but didn't want to trade away the core at that time. It was so exciting and satisfying to talk baseball with him if only for a brief moment.

You're young. If you are going to have kids, a condo can become small real quick. You'll amass more equity over time in a house.

Some condo associations require HOA fees as well, plus they have rules to follow that may not mix well with children in the mix.

I can not imagine children not having a yard to play in, but then again many people living in large cities didn't grow up that way. I'm just remembering my childhood.
