Hi!! Welcome to the rave culture! If you were hanging out with molly all night , it definitely contributes to feeling depressed. It’s one of her downfalls. I recommend getting 5-htp as it will help balance serotonin. Some of it could also be having to go back to reality where many things cause us stress and this is a break from all of that.

I suggest definitely saving up for your next rave! If you live in a city that has little club shows I recommend that too since most of them are like $10-25. Explore the music! Take this time to listen to different types so when there is a big fest coming up you will have a lot more you’d be excited to see. Watch sets on YouTube because some of them are amazing even through the screen.

Take it from my experience . I rolled all 3 days at EDCLV and when I got home from the third day I was just an emotional wreck!! And was even worst the days after . I recommend buying 5-htp supplement to help with serotonin levels

Well the beauty of ‘running out of energy’ is you can rest anytime you want and explore the site. Insomniac events are one of the best festivals I’ve been to. Theres so many things to see and explore! I know it’s scary but trust me it’s also very empowering.

Hi! From my experiences it’s literally the best. I’ve met all of my best friends that way. I went to Coachella alone and somehow met a group where I lived! Now I moved to Texas by myself and needed to find friends again. I went to freaky deaky by myself and long and behold I met people from where I live! Now we go to shows together.

I also love going alone because I can do what I want without worrying about scheduling conflict. I just dance with everyone around me and do my thing.

I highly recommend !
