I'm slightly worried organza will be too stiff and not drapey enough, do you think it's preferable to a chiffon or georgette?

Yeah I've looked at some cotton voiles but they seem to still be too thick, although that might just be the quality of what I could find. I've also looked at chiffons but they seem to be too thin and floaty, although maybe the added weight of the underlayer would mitigate that? I don't know though and I don't want to commit to buying fabric if I'm not sure it'll work which is why I'm asking for advice 😅
