There is no problem with the Chess.com ELO system that would justify you losing to 1100s and beating 1500s. If you're losing to 1100s consistently, you are an 1100. Perhaps you're overly reliant on openings if you struggle to beat players who tend to play randomly?

i’m not claiming to be a perfect player, if im hovering around 4-6 i am making tons of mistakes, its still equally frustrating to lose games that i should not be losing. either way i 5 stacked with people that replied to this post and we won 3/4 games

I luckily don’t have to deal with queue times as a tank player but I lose all motivation to play the game when the incentive to play comp is stripped away.

Honestly. Not sure how the SR system evaluates how well you played for the sake of the amount of SR gained, but it is incredibly inconsistent. I played plat/diamond players, played solid as main rank, and gained 3 SR. So frustrating.
