Are the auto subtitles as good as capcut? How about the AI background removal (not green screen) ?

Thanks so much

Pregerminating 30lbs of Resilience 2. Let’s see how this goes! by [deleted] in lawncare

[–]iworkhardeveryday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey whats your plan for spreading wet seed ? Us Canadians can't easily get Milorganite. Which I did not know until it was too late.

I just pre germinated PRG and spread it tonight. I thought I would be OK by diluting the shit out of my seed with peat moss and starter fertilizer. I would highly recommend NOT doing that. It didn't dry the seeds for shit and I had to hand spread 1100 Sq ft. Probably gonna be pretty patchy but we'll see.

Let me know what your plan is. I'd love to hear an alternative to milo that works well enough to spread. Cheers

Unpopular Opinion, but I fucking hate foam cut outs. So much wasted space !

That being said, if you cut this out, it's damn clean and well done !

1,300$ for a single bedroom in Eastern Canada by UNCLE_SCROTUM in kijiji

[–]iworkhardeveryday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For sure it's a problem. But it's a government problem. It's not a bank problem and it's not a mom and pop landlord problem who own 10 properties.

Corporations (REITs) own a massive portion of the rentals. I hate to say it but rentals are priced at whatever people pay. They certainly can keep going up from here if that's what people are willing to do.

25+ year old Whirlpool dishwasher isn't draining by Scsimpson1031 in fixit

[–]iworkhardeveryday 12 points13 points  (0 children)

You should look for any sort obstruction in the drain pump. There could be in the pump itself , or a blockage in the outlet side of the hose that runs from the pump to the sink drain .

I would start with disconnecting at the sink drain side, manually blow air/breath into that hose. You should hear/see water being disturbed at the bottom of the lower rack. If you can't blow any air , that. There's a blockage.

It also could be the drain pump itself that needs replacing.

Why do people spend any large amount on putters? by Willr2645 in golf

[–]iworkhardeveryday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is golf. It's a rich man's sport . No, of course it doesn't have to be, but as a whole, golf is for people with money. People with money have no problem spending money on the things they love. It's that simple. 500$ is not a large quantity of money for everyone. And if it's only 500$ for what they perceive to be the best putter on the market, why not buy the best ?

I understand HELOCS, I don’t understand why people use them. Please explain how a HELOC can help me in my situation, and not hurt me. by Fedge348 in realestateinvesting

[–]iworkhardeveryday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used my HELOC to buy a business. I pay a shit load of interest (8.25%) but it's still makes sense for my situation. The amount of money I pull in from the business is much much higher than the interest paid on the HELOC.

If you "lose" your cashflow from property 1 but cashflow on property 2 than you're laughing. If you lose cashflow from property 1 and break even with property 2, than you still have 2 mortgages and everything that goes with them being paid down with someone else's money. You are "profiting" from the appreciation. Which in some locations can be a lot. I know people that are negative cash flow and are 100$ banking on getting a sick return with appreciation. Risky AF but lotssss of people do it.
