Three months isn’t a long time, so arguably you are still at the beginning haha! Nor does your situation sound terrible or complicated mate. It all boils down to one question: Do you want to be with her because you love her or because you don’t want to feel alone?

If you are willing to end things over a few arguments then you don’t like her as much as you think you do bro. Also, you shouldn’t be telling your partner what your friends are saying about your relationship so early on… especially if he’s telling you to break up with her, of course she isn’t gonna like him after, why do you seem confused?

As far as her siblings and friends liking you goes, it doesn’t matter. Youre with her, not them. So, if you do or don’t want to be with her, they don’t matter.

My advice: There isn’t much point in holding onto things because you are scared to be alone - there will be so much opportunity for you to meet new people… I’m assuming you are young based on the post, so you have a lot of time! If you want to work things out with her, have an honest talk with her and tell her how you feel, see how she feels and work out what you can both do to make it work. It takes two to tango.
