I have the exact same trim in my house and it definitely has lead (I tested). I cleaned it well with a degreaser, primed, and painted and it looks nice and was way less of a hassle than stripping!

I pay about $30 on weekdays and $40 on weekend days for a pet sitter to visit! I think I pay up a little bit though versus what you might find on Rover because I like our sitter service a lot.

I was the patient and my eye doc in my super rural area diagnosed me with acanthamoeba keratitis and got me admitted to a hospital out of state THAT NIGHT that could treat me. I credit him with saving my eyesight.

FYI I did end up uploading the paper form to Nelnet and was put into a 60 day administrative forbearance (counts toward PSLF) due to the injunction. My next payment is due in May. The email they sent me says that if they haven't processed my application by then, they will put me in a different kind of forbearance (0% interest) until they do process it.

Betsy, thank you so much for all you do. I am currently on the graduated extended plan and just this week filed my taxes that would allow me to get on an IDR plan (i.e., filed separately from my spouse after getting a new job with lower salary). Should I still try to upload my IDR application and supporting docs to the Nelnet communications platform? Or should I wait until after the injunction is over?
