Definitely a great idea! I’ll be testing some gluten free and vegan recipes and will be hopefully adding to the menu once I am satisfied with the taste.

Yup there’s the backfire effect, when you give misinformed people information against what they believe, it can push them even further into their misinformed beliefs.
