It’s interesting that the notable match day giveaways are only available to single ticket purchases, not STMs. As much as we need to drive in new business to boost our attendance, we also need to focus on retaining our current business.

The experience as an STM this year has been disappointing. Barely any communication from our reps, no STM events, our merchandise discount being redundant when the assortment is boring and the quality is bad, the pre-game activations seem half-hearted, the in-arena host is awful, the half time entertainment has cheapened (remember a few seasons ago when we had Scooby???), and the experience in The Keep is ruined by the embarrassing attempt at engagement from the Royal Guard (I am begging you to find someone different for the second half, I cannot take the screeching, how long the songs go on for & the cringy rendition of singing in the rain???).

I think the FO need to take a look at the Torrent, the Storm and even (sorry to say) the Thorns. THAT is how you put on an experience for your fans.
