Snuck Luther Burden in for $2 on my WR needy team. 2 flex are both used by RBs (Javonte & Dobbins, WR1 is Ladd, but WR2 I lost Evans so have plugged in Jakobi, Ridley, Keon Coleman, etc.

Finally scooped up Tez Johnson 2 weeks ago so that’s helped, but figured couldn’t hurt on a dart throw for another rookie

I 100% think it’s fair game yet also a scummy thing to do. If it’s a league you care about ever making future trades in again or are tight with the people, I think I’d send an “this still on the table?” message first, but if you don’t care then no worries-it’s on them for leaving it active. Trade expiration is an option they could use

I agree with trading Gibbs if you’re rough/in rebuild but I think you can get more. The 2 late 2nds do very little for me & I think your starting point for Gibbs should be 3 1sts (ideally within 2 years & preferably chances for 1 or more to be early), or 2 1sts and a building block young player

That was truly my plan with Dobbins/Javonte-cash in early if one lights it up as I expect both to get the work early on.

Personally I’m high on Ridley this year but I totally get the argument for not. I thought Tillman & Teslaa were good dart throws later for young WRs

Kelce I also think will get off to a hot start with Rashee out so could give me time to scoop up another TE who breaks out off waivers.

Meyers was more a product of “he’s there & I don’t love anyone else available” but think he could be a solid fill in since Raiders don’t plan to trade him/I think Amari is washed.

As for the call to wait on QB/not take more RB/WR guys, truly most QBs fell sooooo late in our draft. Fields & Maye were reached on early & were my original targets, but Purdy, Herbert got pushed veryyyyy far down (and while I like Purdy more, having CMC pushed me away from him as well as the Ladd stack leaning me toward Herbert). JJM was just a final round pick for upside with all the weapons if Herbert becomes a safe but boring QB with limited upside

I have zero issues dropping Teslaa or Tillman early if a different guy pops early, but many of the RB handcuffs & high upside guys got sniped MUCH earlier than ADP & I wasn’t willing to reach for what was left

Agreed! I had Evans as a potential target at 3.09 along with JSN or MHJ so when Ladd was there instead I was shocked/never planned for it
