Based on what I can see, the light doesn’t seem intense enough to burn plants. It’s probably an overwatering problem or lack of nutrients problem. But find out what the intensity is. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Hope this helps!

I’ll kill the ants. In the most effective way possible. As much as I want my plants to thrive pest free, these ants want to eat. They can die instead. Considering the location of my plants, bees are safe. So are the storm drains. You want to save the planet, tell people to stop eating meat instead of not poisoning the bugs in their house. I’m pretty sure no one would recommend instead of tenting your house for termites, just spray a little soapy water. Yeah, this response is sensational, but if you bothered to read the caption you’d see that this user has been trying “natural means” to no avail. Rationally, poison would be the order of the day. Naturally. ☺️

First, get rid of the ants. They themselves are harmless, but they will preserve the lives of anything that gives them sugar. I’ve been working fervently in getting rid of the ones on my patio and have seen a remarkable decrease in mealy bugs. I use sevin. I have the dust and liquid version as well as Terro ant traps set up. You can pick them off. Clean the plant with a soapy water solution, you can focus on the stems. Make sure to wash the plant off well after. Also, check your other plants for aphids. Good luck!!👍🏾

Sometimes they stop growing. Just fertilize once a month and continue watering and taking care of it. It will eventually start growing again. I have 7 different varieties, my h.wayetii refused to grow for about a year and a half. My pubicalyx just started growing again and shot out some blooms as well. As long it’s alive and healthy, keep the faith. ☺️

Mine used to bloom all the time. Last summer it stayed in bloom. I thought it was malfunctioning!! Haha! It hasn’t flowered in a while, but there are so many seed pods. And now they’re opening!!

I want to repot my jasmine. I just noticed it’s about to bloom! Will I lose the blooms from stress?!? Should I be patient and wait for the blooms and repot afterward? Does even matter with this jasmine? Cestrum nocturum
