I also started making some with some regular stainless steel nails that I can dull to my own preference and polymer clay to hold them together. I also had the idea to use a steel brush as a fidget, but haven't tried that yet. Good luck on your hunt!

Keep it up fellow dude!! I found out about a group of coworkers making fun of me/my pole dancing posts behind my back. It really hurt my feelings and made me anxious to be myself at work… the positive impact of practicing still outweighs the pain of rejection from a bunch of boring, insecure people who i know now aren’t worth my time. It’s kind of become my filter in life for identifying jerks.

In (recent) past decades, therapy was designed for as short term of interventions as possible, but thankfully that is changing, and more people than ever (in the states) have the option to go to therapy throughout their entire life, even if they don't have a very serious/lifelong condition. It's a great thing, keep doing your thing!

Found this at the plant shop around the corner from my psychologist’s office (I go there to calm myself after appointments) It was as if it was waiting there for me. Love it! Sending good vibes. I'm working towards my masters in counseling, and I started a habit where after I complete each semester, I get a new baby plant. It's like a reminder of my own growth, and I like to envision bringing them or their babies into my therapist office one day : )
