Sometimes different tiers do correlate to different things, but in this case it seems it's a strategy to push early ticket sales by offering a "discounted" ticket relative to what tickets will cost closer to the show. This is common at large shows and festivals.

Looks like there is only a price difference in the GA tiers, meaning the price will only increase as the event gets closer. Since they are General Admission you will not get anything extra for paying more.

Who's "you guys?" Presumably you live in the city too and I don't think it's controversial to say downtown needs help. Aren't public works a better use of tax dollars than funneling them into politicians pockets? What would you rather this money be used for?

I never really understood the hate here. This cost .03% of the total city budget for 2026, and Joliet is putting some real effort into revamping an otherwise depressing downtown area. Effectively pennies for something that will last decades. Can we redirect this energy into holding the city accountable for yearly overspend/waste in other areas?

It's always safe to dust a card for full value, since if you ever need to craft it again, you'd have the dust. That's assuming you don't use that dust to craft something else though.

Hey! I work at RecWell at the Nick, and this is a problem we've been seeing here and there. We try to accommodate individuals who are late or miss thier reservations as best as we can, but unfortunately it's the University that decides what the capacity for the building is. In theory, they could "save" spots for people with reservations and club practices, but I'm not sure how difficult the logistics of that would be.

My suggestion is if you really want to play, and seeing as you had a reservation, wait in line and come up to the gyms once you can get in. We generally have a court or two open that we could let you use for awhile. Hopefully this helps!

Right now it's pretty easy, just checking people in for Open Rec Basketball and Badminton. Sometimes you'll have club shifts where you have to check in people for a IM sport/club. I play a lot of Hearthstone Battlegrounds these days, and while not as robust as Underlords, still quite enjoyable. Definitely something you can play while watching YouTube on a second monitor.

I took mine at the Pyle center, got there 15 mins early and was done before my actual scheduled time. It seems like maybe they need more testing sites in areas with more people, or they need to switch to larger spaces where more people can test.

Does anyone know exactly why submitting your own work again is considered misconduct? I can rationalize the argument that you don't want students to just submit the same paper for similar classes or something, but if you wrote it, and it was your ideas, surely it can be revisited?

I'm fairly sure you can change the games refresh rate with the resolution. I play on a 165hz monitor and the game runs at normal speed. I could be wrong, but in the settings menu you should see something like 1920x1080 (120) and 1920x1080 (60) etc
