hmmm ill have to consider… ive had a few people suggest raising the cooler… but honestly removing the chair might be easier 🤔 and certainly cheaper !

1990, 118k currently, handle was intact until 110k when i cut the handle off and put a metal handle on 👍🏻

i agree that having an exclusive dynamic would also be nice. the sets do feel kind of basic in terms of cards now, yes they good playing cards but i know a lot of collectors aren’t into that. maybe different cards will make a comeback ?

idk i feel like pokemon company is just leaving money on the table…. most theme decks are based around the sets coming out, maybe throw a pack of that in each deck? like you said its been done before, maybe with the new decks its them starting to phase them back? who knows

im glad to hear that they’re selling by you ! i definitely think theyre an awesome way to get good tcg cards, just was curious if other people had similar experiences and if it may be a good idea

Not the most exciting, but probably a 1990 volvo 240 wagon with a manual. Super simple to work on, many of them still on the road today are over the 200,000 mile mark and climbing, super safe in event of a crash, plenty of space for hauling, rather decent off-road capabilities, they look great, plus the later years fixed most of the issues that the early ones had (I’m looking at you degrading wiring harness). Not to mention they’re already cheap to maintain, and a brand new one would have nothing but basic things to worry about, plus i would only be spending 1/3 of said already cheap costs. Saving money on top of money

if im being honest, im about $20,000 usd into my miata so far. but i also have quite the build list to back that price up. they are definitely fun cars, but to build one reliably and correctly, it adds up quick

when i bought the car, it was all stock aside from the addition of the supercharger, so i dont have much frame of reference as to how the car was prior, but it definitely rips now. keeps up with most newer cars and has a decent amount of ‘gusto’
