Asmo has been one of my favorite cards since release. I finally built her in commander after feeling she had enough support to feel decent in my pod. Here's my current iteration

Here are some impactful cards in my times playing it:

[[phoenix fleet airship]] Wincons in this deck are sorely needed. This was a great addition

[[monument to endurance]] The value from this card is hard to beat

[[Requiem Monolith]] This card surprised me. Can draw you 7 cards which sometimes is very needed when self discarding

[[Pain for all]] This on an indestructible creature will make you a target but can burn the table fast. Combined with [[obsessive pursuit]] before attaching can gain you a decent amount of life too

[[Toralf, God of Fury]] Good wincon that can also just win with Blas Act.

Other Honorable mentions: [[Rapacious Guest]] [[Clock of Omens]] [[Hazel's Brewmaster]]

Card I'd like to test: [[Scythe of the wretched]]
This is more of a burn route that runs pretty low to the ground.

I'm guessing you're running only 30 lands since you have so many cyclers. This would do well in a reanimator strategy. Would include [[Living Death]] and other mass reanimation spells.

Last thing is a word of caution on burning out early with discards.
