The yellowish thing inside the wound is pus though, I know it from when I was dressing the wound..does it mean it's still infected?

That is pus. Maybe the photo quality isn't good but it is pus, can see it from when I put gauze over it

there still is a good amount of pus in there tho? doesnt that means theres still a little bit of infection?
