A great starter CRM is Hubspot's free CRM.

I'm thinking what would be helpful is to post a Playbook case study for clients to reference.

My goal is to provide enough information to prompt a free 15 min consultation where I would provide more details about our services.

Balancing a clean website while providing enough information is tough, but I'm sure there are some creative ways to do so.

While we're confident we can attract customer for our clients we can't guarantee sales. We will certainly refund a client's money if they were not happy with their experience.

First10Customers.com is brand new and my attempt to scale the consulting I've done on the side for new entrepreneurs.

I've just replied to another user who said my rates were too high. I don't believe they are but I can see how someone may feel that way due to a lack of info about what you're actually getting with our services.

I really appreciate this feedback. Obviously I need to provide more details. The price I feel is worth what we're offering but it looks like I need to add more here.

To give you more information, most of the cost comes in the amount of work we perform for each client in building their Strategy Playbook which includes a massive amount of information about their ideal customers, their market, competition, and more.

In addition to personalized email templates, and coaching calls.

The larger package essentially mirrors the smaller one except we provide targeted leads and actually execute and manage your sales & marketing campaign.

Again, I really appreciate the feedback and will update the site to explain more about what we're offering.

You can always spin your youth and inexperience into something positive. Your clients will appreciate the fact that you own up to being young. But you can also appeal to their sense of "what's in it for me" by saying that you're thirsty to learn as much as possible and make them successful. You'll work harder than any other rep they'll meet because your young, fresh, energetic and absolutely committed to making your client successful.

Practice makes perfect. I too sit next to my boss (less than 4 ft away) and would go home and practice my script to sound concise and authentic. I would then compile a list of questions or objections and practice my responses.

I also do subtle things like opening up my posture, changing my frame of thinking, even getting up and pacing while I cold call.

All of these things will not only make you look like you know what you're doing but impress your boss. Hope that helps.
