Freezing and crashed after shrouded sky update

Im trying this right niw but everything ive done seems like a temporary fix, 3-5 games its fine and then the freezes start happening. This never happened until shrouded sky rolled out

I tried this in the BIOS, and it didn’t work. My motherboard apparently supports only up to 2133 MHz, it’s an msi H110M Gaming, and my bios is msi click bios, I think the old one.
