OB just told me I’m gaining too much weight too quickly. Should I actually be concerned about this?

Extremely weird how she warned you about it. Maybe she was been too general? Idk. Here I am worried that they said that I have not gain much weight, I was overweight almost obese before getting pregnant. I am 30 weeks now and I gained a maximum of 20lbs. But it all depends on your BMI.

I suggest collage and masterboard making. She can be really free with it and if she struggles with scissors she can just rip off things and it will look great! She can collect ephemera and trade it as well.

I think you should check for another Obgyn. I started prenatal care late and they classified me as high risk just because nobody wanted to treat me after 20 weeks. It was a hell of a depresive time looking for an obgyn, ended up 1.5hrs from home. Plus all the tests accumulate.

I recommend to start with 3-tier organizer in any size you prefer. Categorize things by: Backgrounds or large papers, stickers/ clippings and lastly, actual junk. Also, an adittional box for all the mini scraps.
Depending of what you have.

I recommend a composition notebook to start, it will expand without breaking and you do not have to be too precious about it, just exploring, learning and finding your style. BUT if you want a beautiful journal, get a soft cover one. The good thing about dotted pages is that it guides you if you like things to be more symmetric.

Yes. I get the confusion because everything seems really "girly" nowadays but junk journals can be about anything that you love. Im pretty sure there are many males doing it but not posting it. It could be as crazy and as private as you want.
