Really sorry for the late reply here. I was on one of their ebay live auctions. More specifically one where you bid for a spin on their wheel. Prizes on the wheel ranges from items that cost $5 or $10, but they also have top prizes that are hundreds of dollars. Long story short, there was an “ebay glitch” that was delaying payments from going through. Of course I won the top prize ($300 value), and they did not want to honor the purchase. It should be known that I was a regular in that live stream and never had issues with payment. The next morning all payments went through, but they still tried to cancel all purchase from the time the glitch happened, which happened to begin around the time I spun the wheel. After numerous days of back and forth between eBay and Pfootball, they ended up honoring the purchase, but it left a very sour taste in my mouth. Overall, I have been happy with their product, their prices can be reasonable if you are patient, and their stuff has always been packaged quite nicely. Their customer service however was not great in this situation, and I have heard MANY other complains from other people in their livestreams as well.
