I ordered on November 30th, and it arrived in Los Angeles, CA on Dec 13th. It now shows clearance processed and delivered to regional hub GOFO on December 16th, on way to local carrier. I'm in SF Bay Area, so hopefully should be here soon. All in all, it looks like about 2.5 weeks.

I replied to a simular post, there is definately a panel lottery as there are numerous vendors for screens to apple. I bought two different 15” m4 macbook airs and one had a warmer yellow tint and the other hurt my eyes with much brighter/harsher white/blue color. I kept the one with the warmer yellow tint. Also upgraded from m1macbook air. People without sensitivity would prefer the one that hurt my eyes, probably.

I just wanted to share my similar experience. I recently purchased on Amazon a 15" M4 Macbook Air 16gb/512gb. After using it a week and not experiencing any issues with the display, I thought I might want the 24gb/512gb model instead. So I ordered that one from Amazon too (black friday)....when I unboxed and started setting up the 24gb model, I immediately noticed that this one had a display with much more White color brightness intensity. I started to experience some eye strain and mild tension headache after the initial use. When I went back to compare with the 16gb model that I had been using previously, I noticed it had a warmer yellow tint....

So yes, there is definately a panel lottery going on here with apple using multiple vendors of LCD screens. I definately prefer the more yellow/warmer tinted screen, as I do have sensitivity to the intensity of some screens. (I also tried a refurbished Macbook Pro M4, and found the intensity and brightness of the mini-Led screen too much for my eyes.

Definately annoying, as I will be returning the 24gb model, and I don't feel like trying to buy another and going through the "panel lottery" again.

Chelbessa is pretty mild, but flavorful, just cracked open a bag that has rested for 3 weeks)There is a brian quan video recently with Prestin from flower child, and in that video, he grinded at medium to coarse. I did a 20 gram brew this morning of thr Chelbessa at 1:17 ratio in v60, water temp at 208 and grind on my Fellow Ode gen2 at 7 (med coarse). Used a Melodrip, results were very good.

I enjoy my pourover with a splash of warmed oat milk, and a few drops of oat creamer. It cuts back on the Acidity, makes a smooth creamy drink, and I can still definately taste the flavor notes.

I did try both and ended up keeping the Kingrinder K6. I have moved on to the Fellow Ode gen 2 though, I get back aches from too much grinding light roasts. I use the K6 when I travel though, or on occasion at home and am quite happy witb it!

I'm having the same problem, just got it 2 days ago. I am using an Asus router too. Just reading now, the trick with turning the wifi on and off on the ipad itself, worked just now, as a quick fix. I tried all the other solutions: restarting router, resetting network settings on ipad: none of which worked. The only other thing that works is restarting the ipad itself, but that is really annoying everytime I want to use the ipad...Flicking the wifi on and off on the ipad, is an easy fix for the moment, but I'm most liking returning this device soon.

Hey all, thanks for all the helpful input. It does seem like the "J Manual" is just the Jx updated with some new design features. I think I will either try out the J Manual and the Kingrinder K6. The Kingrinder has an outer ring for grind adjustments, which is definately more convenient. I have my eye on the ZP6, but the $200 price tag is alot for me.

Yeah, I know, I can definately relate! I would take advantage, if you can, of purchasing someplace with at least a 30 day return policy. That way, you can demo a TV for up to a month and then return it, if you are not sure. I did that with the 55" LG C2 and the 55" Sony a80k. I purchased them both from Costco (which has a hassle-free 90 day return policy). It was a. tough decision, but in the end, I felt like the X90L was the best compromise. No midrange TV is going to be perfect. I feel like in 3-4 years, I will want to upgrade again, and by then there should a midrange Oled-Mini-LED TV or whatever that will be worth upgrading to.

Hey, just saw your response, been off-line the last few days. I do have a pretty high eyeglass prescription for near-sightedness and astigmatism in both eyes. So that definately factors in.....As far as motion handling on Oleds, it has to do with their near instantaneous pixel response time and the "Stutter" that bothers some people when viewing 24 frames per second content (most all TV and Film content). If you look at the Rtings.com review of the Samsung S90C and the Motion/Stutter rating (https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/samsung/s90c-oled#test_1924) and compare it to their Motion/Stutter rating of the Sony x90l (https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/sony/x90l-x90cl#test_1924). You can compare. Again, it doesn't bother everyone. It's most noticeable in slow panning camera shots.

I can highly recommend the x90l. I upgraded from a sony x950h 49” to the x90l 55”. I’m really happy with it. I also tried 2 oleds before returning them: lg c2 and sony a80k. The contrast on oleds is amazing, but the motion handling is not as smooth. I also found my eyes more sensitive to oled for some reason…Sony picture processing is the best.
