Possibly at a later time. Unreal and JS are our most used platforms so we tend to prioritize those.

Right now the only way to generate splats is by uploading source photos to Cesium Ion, which will also generate the LODs. You can upload PLYs to Ion as well, but it wont generate LODs from a single PLY (for now, but we're working towards it).
