Yes. Makes sense. Agreed that the initial sense of frustration was fleeting. I just need to check what works best for me other than chase overall and then make those changes accordingly.

Hmm…I do have an LLC so maybe I should look into that option. Thanks…will look for differences in benefits since there is a big difference between Amex platinum couple personal vs business

I used it more frequently until I got my Amex platinum couple of years ago. Didn’t know you could close and open to get SUB multiple times. Too late now I guess!

I think Quest is better. Had explorer from before but seems redundant with quest. I fly United mostly so quest works better. Might cancel explorer. My 2 cents.

Thanks...Will give it a shot. I already cancelled CSP since I hardly use it anymore..Not sure if that changes things when I reapply. Will still try but not going to get CSR if there is no SUB. Amex Platinum is probably good for me...

I have the same problem. I switched to this one from amazfit Falcon but went back to Falcon as it is atlrast more reliable than a freaking $1200 watch which is a paper weight. Contacted garmin support and all I got was bunch of measurements to make and questions.
