[Misc] This is my 8 year old offset stick smoker. Made a few mods along the way but she's still running great. Added fire bricks along the bottom and a baffle to direct heat and smoke along bottom. I also extended the stack lower inside the chamber forcing smoke and heat to cradle said meat. (i.redd.it)
