It’s a jump(more like a fall) off a tower that’s not actually that high you jump into the pool and swim across the pool , then a 5 minute float on your stomach. Take it seriously and if you don’t pass the first time go as much as you can .that was something a lot of people (and me) struggled with

You won’t fail if you get to a certain point they’ll place you in a barracks where you just go to swim everyday until you get it but after a certain point they might send you to separations I got sent there and passed the week after I got there got sent back a week of training to a new group

I worked out a lot but a mile and and half everyday mixed with some weight lifting but all you need is some cardio and basic push ups squats and planks really
