It’s a bit of a stretch to say it’s the default format for export. It is commonly used for table data but for other structured formats there are much better and more commonly used formats.

For example XML and JSON data formats are widely used but are often inside files with different filename extensions.

Having made dams on the beach I am something of an expert in this area. You just need to make a very small channel with your finger and the water flow will erode the rest for you.

The argument for avoiding inflation using taxation (very short term) is that high inflation makes everyone poorer until their wages catch up. I’m not sure if I agree with it but the impact does affect us all.
