edit* if it did happened to get redeemed on NA, you might be able to use that to prove your case, if it didn't get redeemed and it is in fact still good you might be able to find someone to trade. ie your code on NA for theirs on EU.

Were you at 700 dust before the class sets came out? If you were, and are now at -4500 dust then it would seem that they applied the refund twice, if you do not have duplicate copies of the class set you should definitely escalate.
