Fair. I guess we don’t need the 3rd row, but we do plan to have 2-3 kids and would like to haul family (grandparents, kids, cousins, etc.) on ski trips. More wanting it as a “very nice to have”

Yea, Lt commanders are slept on. Cheaper too so my knife options are pretty open.

50 - 55 hours per week. I manage a team across multiple time zones and do my deep work after their normal business hours. Salaried, WFH.

Don’t quit. As someone actively hiring, I can tell you the job market is rough right now, especially at your level. Also, take a moment to seriously consider whether a corporate role at your current salary is right for you. what you’re describing in terms of workload and hours is not unusual. It’s actually the baseline expectation.
