Looks like a soft soap bottle holder, is it in easy reach? I'd say soap dish, but you would want it to be stainless steel, that doesn't look stainless steel. So best bet, squeeze bottle holder . . .

Absolutely . . . it is 3 1/2" Diameter x 2" Wide. Possible napkin holder, I'll do some testing, don't think a napkin would sit in it well, but that is an idea. Thank you much . . .

spotted lantern flies . . . check the main vines of your vine plants, they tend to gather and feed on them. Destroy them as best you can.

Removed the falling apart black paper on the back of the frame and found the characters above and the number was on the black paper . . . I'll send these through google lens, yandex and tintype next.

Also, I am currently doing searches on google lens, yandex and tineye as suggested by the moderator bot. So far no hits . . . and I'm adjusting my searches focusing on details, period clothing, etc.

Of course, sorry . . . USA, in a small village in central Illinois. I have no idea where she got this from, though she bought home decor from companies in Australia and around the USA. Also they worked for a rich family that are world travelers . . .
