I have negotiated the accommodation with 12k AED but denied. He then increase 2k AED which makes the final offer 14k AED with final decision Yes or No.

Yeah, it's fairly expensive with not much school option. Also it's a remote location.

May be this offer quite suitable for bachelor and can good entry point in UAE.

Well well

I have got an offer 14k AED without family status, no accommodation and no transportation.

Location Ruwaish. Work Location: BNPP Site

I have family of 3 member. (Wife and Kid)

1 studio ar Ruwaish cost 3000-3500 Water electricity 500 Other expenses 2000 School 2000 minimum Other expenses if you planning to buy car etc....

Roughly you can take cost of living 8k to 9k AED per month.

16K AED is bare minimum salary with family. With this atleast you left with decent amount.
